He has a track record of differentiating his business on the basis of superior customer service. This customer focus, coupled with a passion for taking care of our urban and growing suburban forestry are what sets Monster Tree Service apart. An avid outdoor enthusiast and lifelong Minnesota Native, Mark believes in being prepared and taking care of things here in his home state. He has assembled a team of professional arborists and tree care professionals who are prepared to meet all of your tree care needs. It all starts with the client consultation. Our arborists first listen to your concerns and field your questions before diagnosing and proposing solutions.

Meet Tom Policano, a local business owner and community leader with a strong background in operations, sales, business development, and private equity. Before joining Monster Tree Service, Tom built and ran a successful company where he learned the importance of running efficient operations and delivering on every customer promise. That experience shaped his practical, people-first approach to leadership and service.

A lifelong Minnesotan, Tom takes pride in serving his community and helping maintain the health and beauty of its trees and landscapes. Outside of work, he’s a husband and father of two, a volunteer youth coach in several sports, and an avid golfer who enjoys being outdoors year-round.

Tom brings an operational mindset to Monster Tree Service, ensuring the team runs smoothly, jobs are completed safely and efficiently, and clients receive the high-quality results they expect every time.
